Overview

The Jobs section reflects your book of work as data flows in. Verinode reads how jobs move from first notice through to close and surfaces where time and margin are lost along the way.

Where to find it

Open Jobs from the sidebar at iq.verinode.ai/jobs. Each job carries the figures Verinode has extracted and its position in your process.

How it works

Verinode maps the milestones your jobs pass through and benchmarks your cycle time against peers, so a slow step stands out.

Note

Jobs populate from the documents and tools you connect. You do not create or manage jobs in Verinode; the section reflects what is already happening in your business.

Best-practice example

If your jobs are slow between approval and start, that gap is usually schedulable capacity, not the customer. The process view shows where the delay sits.
