The same apps, on the phone

The analyst apps are not a desktop feature with a mobile summary. The section homes on your phone carry the same Apps row the web sections do, with the same tiles opening the same apps, and a full run works end to end on the phone: starting an analysis, confirming the cost, reading the finding, re-reading past results, pinning, talking a result through with IQ, and exporting the PDF. If you launched a review from your desk this morning, the result is waiting in the same app on your phone at the job site this afternoon, because the result belongs to your account, not to the device that started it.

Where the tiles are

Scroll any mobile section home and you reach its Apps row: album-cover tiles, each with the app's name, its outcome in one line, a small breathing "Live" dot, and a plain-language button, Preview for an analyst, Generate for a generator. Tapping a tile opens the deck full-screen

On the phone, an app does not open as a floating card the way it does on the web; it takes the whole canvas between the top bar and the tab bar, edge to edge, so the finding gets the full width of the screen. The top bar and the tab bar stay reachable the entire time, which means you can jump to another section mid-run and come back; closing the app drops you back on the section home where you left it.

Inside, the screens are the ones described in what an analyst app is, unchanged: the Start screen with your previous results and the example finding, the run control with its one choice at most and the cost stated under the button, and the result screen where the finding lands. The Past analyses tab, the Pin control, the Talk this through with IQ button, and Export as PDF are all present and work the same as on the web.

What runs well from a phone

Everything runs, but two patterns fit the phone especially well. Reading and sharing: a saved result is prose sized for a screen, and the PDF export downloads to the phone like any attachment, ready to forward from your email. And the quick single-choice runs: Feedback Review, Certification Review, or a Draft a Requisition typed in one line while the role is fresh in your mind. The heavier picker-driven runs, like selecting a set of jobs in Job Performance, work fine on the phone too; they are simply more comfortable with a bigger screen when the list is long.

Best-practice example

An owner waiting at a supplier counter opens Fleet on their phone, taps Fleet Review, confirms the run, and pockets the phone. Back in the truck, the finding is waiting: two vehicles with missing pre-trip inspection records and one lapsed item worth fixing this week. They pin the result, tap Talk this through with IQ to ask which gap carries the most exposure, and forward the exported PDF to their shop manager before pulling out of the lot.
