One table, every review
Nearly every section carries a review app in its Apps row: the section's own analyst, run on demand over your own data, returning a finding you keep. They all work the same way, the three screens, the saved result, the PDF export, covered in what an analyst app is. What differs is what each one reads and what it hands back, which is this table.
Two naming details worth knowing so you find what you are looking for: the app on the Forms section (your surveys and reviews) is titled Feedback Review, and the app on Certifications is titled Certification Review, singular.
| Section | App | What you get | What feeds it | |---|---|---|---| | Clients and Compliance | Contract Review | Which clauses in your agreements cost you money, and what to ask for | The agreement your customers sign, or a carrier or TPA program agreement, from your job files or inbox | | Vendors | Vendor Review | Which vendors cost more than they should, and where to renegotiate | Vendor invoices or a job cost export from QuickBooks, WorkCenter, DASH or Albi | | Materials | Materials Review | Where material cost drifts from what the job should carry | A job cost export or supplier invoices from QuickBooks, WorkCenter, DASH or Albi | | Facilities | Facilities Review | Where your footprint costs more than the work it supports | Your locations with lease dates and recurring costs, added or sent from your accounting export | | Equipment | Equipment Review | Which equipment earns its keep, and what to rent vs buy | Your units, added or sent as an asset or equipment export | | Fleet | Fleet Review | Where your vehicles fall short of DOT and FMCSA rules | Your vehicles with their inspection and maintenance records | | Processes | Process Review | Where your process quietly adds days and cost to a job | Your job history, sent or read from your connected job management tool | | Growth | Growth Review | Where revenue leaks between a lead and a won job | Your pipeline or quote history from your CRM (JobNimbus, Albi, or your estimating tool) | | Forms | Feedback Review | What your customers are telling you, and what to act on first | Your first form sent, or your review profiles connected | | Reputation | Reputation Review | A 30/60/90 plan to turn a slipping reputation around | Your review profiles (Google, BBB), connected from the Reputation section | | Safety | Safety Review | Where your safety record stands, and what to fix first | Your incident log and training records | | Certifications | Certification Review | Which credentials are expiring or missing, and the deadlines | Your certifications and licenses, added to the section | | Impact | Impact Review | What your work added up to, in numbers you can stand behind | Decisions you act on and goals you set; there is nothing to upload here |
The last column is each app's own cold-state guidance, the exact artifact that makes it work and where it comes from. None of these apps errors on a thin book; each one reads what is there, reports what it finds, and is plain about what your data does not show yet.
Not in this table, on purpose
Three apps in the family are not section reviews and have their own articles:
- Job Performance and Estimate Analysis, the two apps on Jobs, are built around picking specific jobs or a specific estimate rather than reviewing a whole section. Estimate Analysis is also the one app that runs without any AI model, free and instant; see Estimate Analysis.
- Draft a Requisition on Recruiting is a generator, not a review: you name a role and get a hiring plan back. See Draft a Requisition.
Sections also carry generator and builder apps beyond the reviews, Create SOP and QA Audit on Processes, Maintenance Plan on Equipment and Fleet, the Profile Bio generator on Reputation, and more; those belong to their sections' own articles rather than this catalog.
