Overview

Verinode is an independent data trust for the restoration industry. It turns the data already sitting in your inbox and tools into peer benchmarks and process insights, so you spend your week deciding, not digging. Think of it as an AI Co-COO that works exclusively for you.

Verinode analyzes data from the tools you already use. It does not replace your job-management software, your accounting system, or your CRM. Patterns and benchmarks surface as data flows in.

Where to find it

When you sign in, you land on your Feed at iq.verinode.ai/feed. The Feed is where signals, decisions, and recommendations appear as they are detected. Every section of the platform is reachable from the left sidebar.

The Verinode IQ Feed, the landing page after signing in, showing signals and decisions.

How it works

Data flows into Verinode from three places:

  1. 1Documents you upload or forward to your Verinode inbox address.
  2. 2Connections to the tools you already run, set up under Connect.
  3. 3Peer and industry benchmarks contributed across the network, always anonymized.

As that data is analyzed, Verinode detects signals worth your attention and turns them into decisions with a clear dollar impact.

Tip

You do not need to finish any setup before Verinode is useful. Benchmarks and industry intelligence are available on day one, and your own numbers sharpen as more data flows in.

Best-practice example

In your first week, forward a handful of recent vendor invoices and a client list to your Verinode inbox. Within a day you will see your material and labor costs positioned against anonymized peers, plus the first process insights on how your jobs move from first notice to close.
