Open Recruiting from the sidebar at iq.verinode.ai/recruiting. Your pipeline and open roles are shown alongside forecasted demand.
How it works
Verinode reads your recruiting activity and positions it against your forecasted demand and staffing gaps, so you know which roles are urgent.
Note
Verinode surfaces which roles the data says you will need. It does not manage applicants or postings for you.
Best-practice example
If forecasting shows a demand spike and a role is your thinnest coverage, prioritize that hire in the pipeline before the season starts.
