Overview

Process insights map how your jobs move through their milestones and show where time leaks out. This is process mining built for restoration, not a generic project tracker.

Where to find it

Open Processes from the sidebar at iq.verinode.ai/processes. Each stage shows your typical time in that step against peers.

How it works

Verinode reads the milestone timestamps in your job data and benchmarks the time between each stage, so a slow handoff stands out.

Best-practice example

If the gap between approval and job start is your slowest stage, the fix is usually scheduling capacity, not the customer. The process view isolates it.
