What this is
Inside Reports & Communication, alongside the automatic Quarterly Reviews, there is a second row called Member Cohort · Compliance · Recruitment on the main page (the same content also lives under the Other Reports tab when you open the full list). This is where three report types that are not on the quarterly cycle collect once they're produced:
- Member Performance (built from the
member_cohortreport type) - Compliance Audit
- Recruitment Pack
Unlike the quarterly review, none of these three has a "Generate" button on this page. They appear here once they've been produced, whether that's from a scheduled network rollup or from an admin action taken elsewhere in HQ. Once a report exists, it shows up automatically as a tile in this row, and is fully listed in the Other Reports tab, no refresh or manual pull needed.
Note
The empty state on this page refers to these collectively as "Member Cohort, Compliance Audit, Recruitment Pack." Once a Member Performance report actually exists, its tile label reads Member Performance, not "Member Cohort." Same report type, two names depending on where you're looking.
Where to find it
- HQ sidebar → Reports & Communication (the same icon used for audits/compliance in the nav).
- Direct path:
hq.verinode.ai/reports. - On that page: a hero panel at the top, then four horizontally-scrolling rows: Quarterly Reviews, Member Cohort · Compliance · Recruitment (this article), Surveys, and Broadcasts.
- The full, unabridged list of these three report types (not just the most recent tiles) lives under the Other Reports tab, one of four tabs on this section (Quarterly / Other Reports / Surveys / Broadcasts).
The hero panel above the rows
Before you reach the report rows, the page opens with a summary panel labeled Comms · Network reach. It shows:
- A large operator reach count for the last 30 days, a sum of read receipts across your recent broadcasts, this is a network-reach proxy, not a per-operator readout.
- If you've generated at least one quarterly review, a pill reading "Last quarterly [date]".
- Three secondary stats: Reports on file (all types, all time), Surveys (30d) (authored at HQ), and Broadcasts (all time).
- If you have no reports or broadcasts yet, the subtext instead reads: "Reports + broadcasts surface here once you generate or send them. Quarterly reviews auto-generate on the first day of each quarter."
This hero is shared across the whole Reports & Communication page, it isn't specific to Member Performance, Compliance Audit, or Recruitment Pack reports, but it's the first thing you see when you land here.
What each report type is for
| Tile label | What it covers | |---|---| | Member Performance | A rollup view of your membership base's activity and standing, aggregate across the network you oversee. | | Compliance Audit | A compliance-status pass across your memberships, for tracking what needs attention at the network level. | | Recruitment Pack | Network stats packaged for prospective-member conversations, aggregate figures you can share externally when recruiting. |
Heads up
None of these three reports break down a single franchisee's private business data. HQ works at the aggregate and compliance layer only, franchisees own their own data. If a number in one of these reports looks like it's isolating a single membership's raw figures rather than a network-level pattern, treat that as worth flagging, it's not how the report is designed to work.
What a tile shows
Each tile in the Member Cohort · Compliance · Recruitment row (and each row in the Other Reports tab) carries the same fields:
| Field | What it shows | |---|---| | Label | The report type: Member Performance, Compliance Audit, or Recruitment Pack. Each type has its own accent color on the tile, consistent with the color language used elsewhere in HQ. | | Headline | The reporting period, shown as a start date and end date, if the report covers a specific window. If there's no period attached, this falls back to the date the report was generated. | | Sub-label | "Generated [date]," the date the report was produced. | | Meta / readiness | Which file formats are ready to open, see the table below. |
Opening a tile takes you to that report's detail view, where the ready file formats (PDF and/or spreadsheet) are available to download.
In the full list under the Other Reports tab, each row also shows the reporting period (or generation date if there's no period), and either "By [name]" if an admin generated it, or "Auto-generated" if it came from a scheduled rollup.
Readiness states
Report files don't always land at the same moment, PDF and spreadsheet exports can finish at different times. The meta text on each tile tells you what's ready right now:
| Meta text | Meaning | |---|---| | PDF + xlsx | Both the PDF and the spreadsheet export are ready to open. | | PDF | Only the PDF is ready so far. | | xlsx | Only the spreadsheet export is ready so far. | | , (a dash) | Neither file is ready yet. Check back shortly. |
There's no separate in-progress indicator for these three report types beyond the dash, if you see a dash, the report exists but its files haven't finished generating.
Where they come from
Member Performance, Compliance Audit, and Recruitment Pack reports are not manually triggered from this page the way a quarterly review is (that one has its own Generate quarterly review button in the page header, available to HQ admins). Instead:
- Some are produced by a scheduled network rollup and appear with "Auto-generated" once ready.
- Others are produced by an admin action elsewhere in HQ and carry a "By [name]" credit once ready.
Either way, once a report is on file, it surfaces here on its own, no separate step needed to "pull it in."
Empty states
If you have zero Member Performance, Compliance Audit, or Recruitment Pack reports on file yet:
- On the main Reports & Communication page, the row reads: "On-demand reports, Member Cohort, Compliance Audit, Recruitment Pack, appear here as you generate them."
- Under the Other Reports tab, the message reads: "Cohort, compliance, and recruitment reports show up here when admins generate them or scheduled jobs publish them."
Both are informational only, there's no action button in either empty state for these three types.
How to open and download a report
- 1From the HQ sidebar, open Reports & Communication.
- 2Scroll to the Member Cohort · Compliance · Recruitment row (or switch to the Other Reports tab for the full list).
- 3Find the tile or row for the report type and period you need. Check the meta text to confirm which formats are ready.
- 4Select the tile to open its detail view.
- 5Download the ready format (PDF and/or spreadsheet). If a format shows a dash instead of a file type, it hasn't finished generating yet, check back later.
