Reading the membership stat tiles

The Member Directory is where your association or franchise HQ sees its membership roster at a glance: who is on it, whether dues are current, who has verified their identity on Verinode, and who is waiting for you to review their claim. Four stat tiles sit at the top of the page and summarize the entire roster in one row. This article explains exactly what each tile counts, how its percentage is calculated, and what you see when the roster is empty or the queue is clear.

Verinode HQ only ever shows you aggregates, statuses, and counts across your membership. It never surfaces an individual member's private job files, financials, or day-to-day business data. Franchisees and association members own their own data; HQ sees roster status and compliance, not operations.

Where to find it

Open Members in the HQ sidebar, or go directly to hq.verinode.ai/members. The page header reads "Member Directory" with the subtitle "Your association roster, dues status, and the queue of operators asking to be verified as members." The four stat tiles appear immediately below the header, followed by three sections in order: Import Roster, Verification Queue, and Roster.

The four stat tiles

  1. 1Members
  2. 2The total count of companies on your roster. The tile shows the raw number (for example, 0 on a fresh account) with the sub-label "On the roster." Every row you have imported or added counts toward this number regardless of dues status or platform verification. This tile has no percentage; it is a straight headcount.
  3. 3Dues Current
  4. 4The share and count of roster members whose dues status is "current." The value shown is a rounded percentage (for example, 72%), with the sub-label spelling out the fraction underneath, such as "18 of 25 current." Dues status on each roster row can be current, lapsed, in grace, or unknown, depending on what your CSV import or manual updates set for that member. Only members marked current count toward this tile's numerator; lapsed, in-grace, and unknown members all count in the denominator but not the numerator.
  5. 5On Platform
  6. 6The share and count of roster members who have verified their account on Verinode. A member reaches this state after you approve a verification request in the Verification Queue below, which links their roster row to an actual Verinode account. The tile shows a rounded percentage with a sub-label such as "14 verified on Verinode." A high number here means most of your membership is actively using Verinode and contributing to your network's benchmarks; a low number means most of the roster exists only as CSV records with no linked account yet.
  7. 7Pending Review
  8. 8The count of membership claims waiting for your decision. This is not part of your roster count. It reflects operators who have told Verinode they belong to your association and whose details matched a row on your roster, but whom you have not yet approved or rejected. The sub-label reads "Awaiting your verification" when there is a queue, or "Queue is clear" when there is nothing waiting.

Note

The Dues Current and On Platform tiles show a dash (, ) instead of a percentage when your roster is empty, since a percentage of zero members is not meaningful. Import your roster first and both tiles will start calculating automatically.

How the percentages behave

Dues Current and On Platform are both calculated the same way: count of members in that state, divided by total members on the roster, rounded to the nearest whole percent. Because the denominator is your full roster (not just the members you have reviewed), adding new roster rows that are not yet dues-current or not yet on-platform will lower both percentages until you update their status or they complete verification. This is expected: the tiles reflect the roster as it stands right now, not a target or a goal.

Reading the roster and queue below the tiles

The three sections beneath the stat tiles are where the underlying numbers come from:

  • Import Roster. Upload a CSV with columns for member number, company name, contact email, city, state, dues status, and renewal date. Re-importing updates existing members by member number rather than creating duplicates. A Reconcile dues button re-checks dues status across the roster and reports how many memberships were activated or revoked as a result. Both actions change the Members and Dues Current tiles the moment they finish.
  • Verification Queue. Each row here is an operator who self-declared membership in your association and whose company details matched a roster row, tagged as either a member number match or an email match. If that member's dues are not current, the row is annotated "dues not current" and the Approve button is disabled until dues status is corrected, either through a fresh CSV import or a dues reconciliation. Approving activates the member's Verinode badge and unlocks their access to your association's peer benchmarks, and increases the On Platform tile by one. Rejecting removes the claim without affecting your roster.
  • Roster. The full list of companies on file, each showing the company name (with an "On Verinode" tag if matched to a platform account), member number or "No member number," city and state, current dues status, and a renewal date if one is on file.

Empty states

| Situation | What you see | |---|---| | No roster imported yet | Members tile reads 0 with sub-label "Import your roster to begin." Dues Current and On Platform show , . The Roster section reads "Your roster is empty. Import a CSV above and members will appear here." | | Roster imported, nobody has requested verification | Pending Review tile reads 0 with sub-label "Queue is clear." The Verification Queue section reads "No members are waiting for verification. New requests appear here as operators declare membership." | | Roster imported, verification requests waiting | Pending Review tile shows the count with sub-label "Awaiting your verification," and each request appears as a row in the Verification Queue with Approve and Reject actions. |

Tip

If Dues Current or On Platform look lower than expected right after a CSV import, run Reconcile dues from the Import Roster section. It re-evaluates dues status across the whole roster in one pass rather than waiting for the next scheduled network rollup.
