What it is

Dues & Renewal on HQ mobile is the phone version of the association dues rollup: a hero strip of four numbers plus two flat lists, showing how much of your membership roster is paid up on dues, who is renewing soon, and who has already lapsed. It is read-only intelligence, not a billing tool. Verinode does not collect dues payments, send renewal invoices, or change a membership's status here, it reflects the roster and dues records your association already maintains so leadership can see the picture in one place and decide what to do about it.

This page is built from the exact same rollup that powers the web Dues & Renewal page in the franchise portal. Both surfaces call the same underlying calculation on the same roster and dues data, so the hero numbers and list contents you see on mobile always match what you'd see on the web page at the same moment, only the layout is mobile-first: one scrollable hero row instead of a wide panel, and two compact lists instead of full-width tiles.

Note

Dues & Renewal is an association-only surface. It only appears for HQ accounts configured as an association network, because dues tracking is part of an association's membership program, not a franchise or buying-group model. If your network isn't an association, you won't see this entry in the HQ mobile section list.

Where to find it

Open the HQ mobile app and use the network switcher to open the HQ section list. Under the association group of entries you'll find Dues & Renewal, with the subtitle "Dues-current rate, renewals due, lapsed." Tap it to open the page; the top bar reads "Dues & Renewal" while you're on it.

The mobile app runs on a single origin, so unlike the web product, HQ mobile pages don't cross to a separate address, they load in place at /mhq/dues inside the same app you use for the rest of HQ mobile.

On the web side, the same rollup lives at hq.verinode.ai/dues, reached from the HQ sidebar entry labeled Dues & Renewal.

Every number and every row on this page is computed directly from your association's own membership roster and dues records each time you open the page, there is no separate cached snapshot to fall out of sync, the mobile view and the web view read the same data at the same instant.

The four hero tiles

At the top of the page, a horizontal scroll row titled "Dues" carries four tiles. Swipe to see all four.

  • Dues Current. The share of your roster currently paid up, shown as a percentage (for example, 84%). The caption underneath reads "Members paid up," and the support line shows the raw counts, for example "42 of 50." When the percentage is 90% or higher, the tile reads in a positive tone; from 75% up to 90% it reads neutral; below 75% it reads as needing attention. If no roster has been loaded yet, the tile shows a dash instead of a percentage, and the support line reads "No roster yet."
  • Lapsed. The count of memberships currently past due on dues, captioned "Members past due." This tile reads as needing attention whenever the count is above zero, and as healthy when it's zero.
  • Renewals 90d. The count of memberships with a renewal date falling within the next 90 days, captioned "Due in the next 90 days." When any of those renewals fall within 30 days, the support line calls that out specifically, for example "6 within 30 days"; otherwise there's no support line and the tile reads in a muted tone.
  • Members. The total number of memberships on the association roster, captioned "On the association roster."

Renewals due

Below the hero row, the Renewals due list shows memberships whose renewal date falls within the next 90 days, ordered soonest-first. The section caption reads "Members renewing within 90 days." Each row shows:

  • The membership's company name on the left.
  • A plain-language renewal timing line underneath: "Renews today," "Renews tomorrow," "Renews in [N] days" for anything under 30 days out, or "Renews in [N] months" beyond that. If the membership has no renewal date on file, it reads "No renewal date on file."
  • The dues status on the right: Current, Lapsed, Grace period, or Pending (Pending means no dues status has been recorded yet for that membership).

Rows for renewals due within 30 days are visually flagged so the most time-sensitive renewals stand out from the ones further out. The list shows up to eight memberships.

Empty state: "Renewals will appear here as renewal dates flow in from the roster."

Recently lapsed

The Recently lapsed list shows memberships currently in a lapsed dues state, sorted with the most overdue first when a renewal date is on file. The section caption reads "Members currently past due." Each row shows:

  • The membership's company name on the left.
  • How overdue it is underneath: "Past due [N] days" when a days-past-due figure can be calculated from the last renewal date, otherwise the generic "Dues lapsed."
  • The dues status on the right, which for this list will normally read Lapsed.

Rows in this list are always flagged in the same needs-attention tone, since every membership here is, by definition, past due. The list shows up to eight memberships.

Empty state: "No lapsed members. Lapsed dues will appear here as the roster updates."

How to use it

Dues & Renewal on mobile is built for a quick check between meetings, not a live billing dashboard:

  • Scan the hero row first for the network-level picture: is the Dues Current percentage healthy, is the Lapsed count at zero, and how many renewals are coming up.
  • Use Renewals due as your outreach queue when you're away from your desk. Anything flagged as renewing within 30 days is worth a follow-up before it slips into a grace period or lapses outright.
  • Use Recently lapsed to see who has already fallen out of good standing so you can prioritize win-back or grace-period follow-up.
  • Because Verinode never shows you why a specific membership lapsed, or that membership's own business data, this page tells you who and when, not why. That conversation still happens through your own outreach.

Tip

The hero numbers and both lists recompute from your roster and dues records every time you open the page, so if a number looks stale, pull the page down to refresh rather than assuming it's cached. If it still looks off, check whether your roster import has run recently.

The privacy boundary, and why this page shows company names

Verinode HQ's general rule is that leadership sees network aggregates and compliance, never a single membership's private day-to-day business data, jobs, margin, vendors, and so on stay with the membership. Dues & Renewal looks different on purpose: it shows individual company names, dues status, and renewal timing at the row level, because that is your association's own membership roster and dues records, the same information your association already keeps and administers directly. It is not private franchisee business data crossing a boundary, it is the roster itself. Everything else about a membership's operations, its jobs, its margins, its own numbers, stays out of this page and out of HQ entirely.

Heads up

If you notice a membership listed here that shouldn't be on your roster, or dues information that looks wrong, that's a roster data issue to fix at the source, not something to correct from this page. Dues & Renewal only reflects what's on the roster; it doesn't let you edit membership records.
