Overview

Some work is routine enough to hand off. Flow lets Verinode carry out defined, repeatable tasks for you, so your attention goes to the decisions that need judgment.

Where to find it

Open Workflows from the sidebar at iq.verinode.ai/workflows. Available and active workflows are listed with what each one does.

How it works

  1. 1Choose a routine task you want handled consistently.
  2. 2Set the conditions under which it should run.
  3. 3Verinode carries it out and reports back, within the limits you set.

Note

You set the boundaries. Verinode handles the routine within them and surfaces anything that needs your judgment rather than acting beyond what you approved.

Best-practice example

Routine reminders and follow-ups are good first candidates for Flow. They are repetitive, easy to define, and free up real time once handed off.
